Grow Change is a specialist learning and support service delivering bespoke provision to young people aged 6-18 years and their families.
We are driven to ensure that all young people are given an opportunity to grow and thrive and aim to provide a wide range of settings and pathways to develop confidence and encourage self belief.
We specialise in working with special education needs and those who have specific educational, health and social needs including SEMH.
Grow Change delivers a range of tutoring and enrichment programmes including bespoke topic led packages designed to support well-being and ignite a love of learning and the outdoors.
Young people can lead the learning and choose their own path.
Our provision is delivered by trauma informed teachers and support staff with educational experience in mainstream and special needs settings across Primary and Secondary key stages.
We are ambitious and committed to ensuring all young people we work with achieve and fulfil their potential.
